Order Management - Freshie! strives to offer you with vegetables of great prices and high quality compared to similar products in retail. Certain items may be priced differently depending on daily market fluctuation. We receive fresh products ever yday to assure you the freshness and quality. Certain products may not be available due to market conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to limit your order/ quantity of a particular product that you may order.
Variable Product Items - As many perishable items are individually prepared for you, the products are packed on an estimated weight. The price of the Veggie Box is based on the items in the Box. Orders made on the same day may not include exactly the same items due to market conditions.
Cancellation - Cancellation of orders are not allowed.
Delivery - Free delivery for all orders. Freshie! uses reliable third-party delivery companies to deliver our Veggie Boxes. To maintain the highest quality of your delivery, we recommend that you refrigerate the items immediately after you receive them. You as the customer are responsible for opening your box on delivery day and properly refrigerate after your box arrives. You should inspect your box to ensure the content is in good condition. All damage or missing box item reports must be made within 24 hours of your Box delivery. Freshie! may require a detailed explanation of damaged product, return of the damaged product and photographs before making any credit.
If you are not home when the delivery arrives, the delivery company will leave the box for you at your door. By becoming Freshie!'s customer you are authorizing us to leave your delivery at your door, or allowing a doorman to accept the delivery on your behalf.
In cases that a doorman, a neighbour, or your alternate receive is not present at the delivery time, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you. If we are not able to reach you for any reason, the order will be left at your door. We are not responsible for missing or stolen boxes, but we make our best efforts in tracking to assure to the best of our ability the safe delivery to the rightful owner.
In case of inclement weather/ unforeseen delivery complications, adjustments to the delivery schedule may be made, which will cause delivery suspensions. If there is a significant delay in your order delivery, a customer service representative may call/ email you to inform you the status of your delivery time. We will attempt to deliver your order as quickly as possible when conditions permit.
Refund - Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been made. If you are dissatisfied with our product, refund can be made after approval. The turnaround time from the date of your request for refund to the date you receive your refund may take up to 4 weeks.
